Hi there, I’m Juliette!

I’m a first generation Cuban-American. I grew up in Miami, FL surrounded by a variety of cultures. Inspired by Cuban cabarets and parades growing up, I took up choir, theater and dance. Making my Principle Debut in as The Grinch in a 5th grade production of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, I knew that this was something I was meant to do for the rest of my life. Now the question was “how?”.

When the COVID-19 global pandemic hit during my junior year of high school, everything changed. I found an outlet through posting small skits and videos of myself singing in my room on TikTok. While it started as something I did for myself, other people seem to have enjoyed it and I quickly gained popularity on the app, now having over 500k followers on TikTok and over 60k on Instagram. Who would’ve thought that a cover I did over 3 years ago of “My Heart Will Go On” would get Celine’s Dion attention, approval and encouragement. Whenever I’m sad I remind myself I am Celine Dion approved. (Nodding emoji)

My social media led me to great connections and career opportunities. In what felt like no time, I was officially represented and was auditioning for everything that came my way and anything I could find online.

I studied Musical Theater at The Boston Conservatory. Halfway into my college career, I decided to take a gap year to be on NBC’s The Voice Season 24. I sang an original Salsa arrangement of Olivia Newton John’s “Hopelessly Devoted To You”. (Arrangement credits to Adam Dorfman; who is the current assistant music director on The Outsiders national tour!) Making it to the Battles round before being sent home. Although, I was devastated to have my journey on The Voice end so soon, I saw this as an opportunity to focus on what I truly wanted to do: Musical Theater. After a couple of self-tapes, I booked The Notebook: The Musical on Broadway as a swing. I felt extremely lucky and it confirmed for me that rejection truly is redirection. What’s meant for you won’t pass you!

Now, I am currently traveling North America playing the role of Sophie Sheridan in the Broadway National Tour, MAMMA MIA!.
